Many people are experiencing some major challenges these days. While it’s important to look on the bright side, the human experience is more complicated than just choosing happy. Being alive involves experiencing a wide range of emotions.
Just like the weather outside, we experience internal weather. Stuffing the tough feelings down doesn’t work – they fester, grow and become toxic. It’s important to feel all the feels and speak to ourselves and others with kindness and compassion.
