Gems of St. Louis: Halcyon Spa and B&B in Augusta

Halcyon Spa and B&B in Augusta

I love this place! It’s such an oasis of Zen for relaxing and recharging! The owner Kathy And her staff are lovely people providing beautiful healing modalities and excellent customer service.

Recharging in the sauna

It’s a wonderful oasis to get away from it all – feels like I’m back in Napa Valley and yet it’s just a short drive from St. Louis so much more affordable – no airfare expense!

Warmth in the winter in the sauna

The B&B is very cozy and toasty on a cold winter night with a huge shower and lovely natural and organic amenities. They offer a great selection of organic bath and beauty products that I used regularly in San Francisco.

Luxe, cozy king size bed in the B&B

I highly recommend a visit! It’s totally worth the beautiful drive through the countryside along The Katy Trail!

Here are more pics for peek at what they offer at Halcyon…
