Happy Halloween! Soak Up Some Rays Even on Rainy Days

Soaking up rays with the SunTouchPlus light box
Soaking up rays with the SunTouchPlus light box

This morning I’ve been soaking up some rays on this rainy day with my friend’s pup Miss Mya while I get ready for a talk and get things together for a yearend mindfulness and conscious creation program to support folks through the holiday season, which can be so challenging with less sunlight and seeing family.

I think it was Eckhart Tolle who said your family knows all your buttons and loves to push them. 😂

I use the SunTouchPlus, which I wrote about awhile back on my previous blog Hello Beauty. This light box really does make a difference on gray days to uplift one’s spirits.

I’m excited to pass out candy for Halloween! This is such perfect weather for a spooky night! Miss Mya has been having a great time rolling around in the graveyard out front earlier this week. 🎃
